Virtual Production Studio
I collaborated with our DP and Executive Producer to build out our Compact Virtual Production studio. I designed the stage, stairs, and projection screen and built them with a small team. I assembled this studio, including video pipeline, lighting, flagging, and sound. We then moved it twice (Pictured at NYU to the left - original build to the right), and I led the reconstruction. After the first build, I authored our documentation to replicate this build in the future.
Back views of the Projection screen. We attached an ALR projection screen to our constructed wooden frame, using heavy-duty velcro for ease of removal. The ALR was projected on using an Ultra Short-throw Projector.
The stage we built to align talent with the bottom of our projection screen. The screen had to be raised 22 inches above the ground due to the angle of the UST Projector. I designed and constructed the stage in sections for flexibility, as well as the stairs to ensure talent safety when mounting the stage.

Outdoor Stairway
An outdoor staircase I designed and built for a client during my time as an independent contractor.
